Tanner Mason has 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Denver Market. He has completed over 450 leases and sale/purchase transactions. Since the beginning of Tanner’s career, he has personally negotiated and completed leases totaling over 2 million square feet. His clients value his exceptional abilities as an experienced negotiator, who recognizes the pressure points involved with facilitating transactions. Tanner sets up his clients for success by listening to their needs and consistently leveraging market data, trends, and landlord sensitivities and hearing what is not being said. Tanner consistently demonstrates loyalty and follow-through with his longtime clients and relationships, going above and beyond to help them achieve their goals.
Before co-founding Benchmark Commercial, Tanner gained experience with Frederick Ross (now Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) for five years before moving on to be a partner at Rare Space for nearly eight years. During this time, Tanner represented commercial tenants and buyers in locating properties, negotiating leases, and purchasing properties. His broad base of returning clients and referrals is a testament to his work ethic and the reputation he has built in the real estate industry in Denver. Representative clients include Stanley Steemer, Yeti Cycles, AbsenceSoft, IECRM, Bold Legal, Aircraft Performance Group, VTI Security, and Wibby Brewing.
Tanner is a proud Kansas State Wildcat and has a degree in Marketing and International Business with an Economics minor. In Denver, he was selected for 50 for Colorado through the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. He was nominated for Denver Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 on multiple occasions.
Tanner is President of his Strategic Connections chapter and involved in Colorado Thought Leaders Forum. Tanner is involved in Denver Active 20/30 Alumni organization and serves on the Denver Advisory Board speaker committee.
Tanner is a Cub Scout leader, instilling what he learned as an Eagle Scout. He also coaches his son’s basketball team. He and his wife mentor engaged couples through their church. Besides spending time with his wife and three kids, Tanner’s passions include endurance racing a BMW in the World Racing League and ChampCar Series. When not at the track, you can find Tanner climbing steep mountain trails on his road and mountain bikes or hitting the slopes on his skis or snowboard. Tanner’s free time is typically spent in the fast lane.
Jeff Mason

Jeff brings more than 20 years in commercial furniture and over ten years as a real estate broker to his role as a Benchmark Commercial co-founder. Clients appreciate how this experience allows Jeff to quickly assess the space and layout needs of their businesses as well as his attention to detail and follow-up. Before Jeff’s five years at Rare Space, his previous experience includes work with Steelcase and OfficeScapes, where he was responsible for planning, ordering, delivery, installation, and overall project management and integration of the clients’ technology and business goals into each space through the use of furniture. Jeff has deep roots in the state of Colorado, beginning with his great-grandfather, who was a miner in Central City, Colo. True to that Wild West heritage, Jeff and his wife, Colleen, spend a portion of their free time on horseback. Jeff is a University of Colorado graduate with a degree in Finance. Jeff is also an Eagle Scout and an avid outdoorsman, so not only are you in good hands working with Benchmark Commercial, the co-founders are likewise great to have around should you ever find yourself lost in the wild.

Jason Bollhoefner has over 17 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate market and has completed over 600 leases and sale/purchase transactions. Since the inception of his career, Jason has personally negotiated and completed contracts totaling over 2.5 million square feet. His clients value his exceptional abilities as a tenacious negotiator who recognizes the critical pressure points involved in every leasing transaction. Jason sets the stage for his clients’ success by consistently leveraging market data, trends, and landlord sensitivities to achieve meaningful results. His understanding of tenants’ operational goals and economic needs, combined with his knowledge of landlord requirements and sensibilities, enables him to provide his clients with the utmost value.
Jason has established himself as an expert relative to office needs in the Denver metro area. His breadth of knowledge encompasses underwriting, acquisition, re-development, and disposition of commercial property, providing invaluable insight to prospective asset purchasers and owner-occupants of commercial property.
Jason is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Brokers, is active in the Colorado Thought Leadership program with consistent involvement on the Advisory Board of Strategic Connections. Prior engagements include membership on the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, Colorado Chapter of NAIOP, and a finalist for Top Small-Office Broker in 2011.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career in commercial real estate at Corum Real Estate Group in January 2002, focusing on sales and leasing. His ongoing successes earned him promotions with increasing responsibilities and a leadership position within the organization and liability for the rental and financial performance of a portfolio of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office building area until his departure as Vice President in May of 2015. Since then, he has focused on Occupier Services and Tenant Representation representing users of commercial office, industrial, and retail property in an entrepreneurial environment at Benchmark Commercial. Representative clients include U.S. Bank, American Eagle Outfitters, Yield Solutions Group, Charles Schwab, Burnham Law, Quantum, Essential Decisions Inc., Conklin Cardone & Rutberg, P.C., Denver Institute for Faith & Work, and ICON Eyecare.
Jason enjoys Colorado outdoors and the wide variety of activities it provides, including fly-fishing, alpine skiing, kayaking, bicycling, and hiking. A state championship competitive swimmer, Jason can also be found eliminating stress at the Denver Athletic Club in the lap pool and gym.
Jaimee Keene, MAI

Jaimee Keene focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, medical office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout Denver, with specific expertise within Denver’s Northwest and Boulder County submarkets. Jaimee’s 20 years of experience in the industry includes brokerage, banking, commercial real estate valuation and appraisals, and business development.
Jaimee’s background as a commercial real estate appraiser and broker brings insightful dialogue to share with investors and owners. She is uniquely qualified to aid buyers and sellers in evaluating market transactions in current conditions, in the development of marketing plans for assets, and to act as a skilled negotiator on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining Benchmark Commerical, Jaimee was the Vice President of Capital Markets Group at Avison Young. Jaimee was the Managing Director for the Denver Office of BBG Inc., a national commercial real estate appraisal and advisory group, where she obtained the coveted MAI designation. Jaimee places high regard and value in building long-lasting partnerships with clients, as well as banks and lenders, to ensure clients receive the best service and outcome.
As a life-long resident of Colorado, Jaimee takes advantage of the ultimate Colorado lifestyle: golf, skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, and mountain biking. She has competed in three Ironman 70.3 events as our team’s relay cyclist and competed in my first mountain bike race at the Vail GoPro games in 2019.
Tish Brady

Tish Brady brings over a decade of Account Management, Interior Design, and Marketing experience to the Benchmark team. She grew up in the real estate industry and enjoys using her creativity and problem-solving acuity to assist clients in the Denver / Golden / Boulder region.
Most recently, Tish was a stylist and design associate in the apparel and home furnishings industry. Her responsibilities included materials selection, space planning, and the art of matching options to the unique personality of each client. She has first-hand experience understanding the demands of high-traffic retail, hybrid e-commerce, residential, and mixed use facilities. She has years of experience as an account executive for some of the largest and most well-known companies in the Chicago loop.
Tish studied Interior & Visual Design during a year-long intensive at the Harrington College of Design, with coursework focusing on the core capabilities of Space Planning, Photography, and Drafting. Previously, Tish earned a BA in Advertising, Art & Design from Purdue University, where she was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
She and her husband are raising their three teenagers, with frequent visits to Red Rocks and off-roading trips in their Jeep. They have lived in Colorado for the last decade, and are still grateful for the weather as compared to that of the midwest. But the down-to-earth mindset and warm relationships are something that Tish has brought with her and doesn’t plan to let go of any time soon.
Adam Chatwin

Adam Chatwin is the newest addition to the Benchmark Commercial team. Adam was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He moved to Manhattan for college after high school and pursued a career in real estate. He began as a manager for a large firm and went on to become a very successful sales agent. After nearly 11 years in New York, Adam recently made a move to Denver and is continuing his work in the real estate industry. Being that both his father and grandfather are real estate attorneys, the industry comes naturally to him.
In his spare time, Adam can be found exploring the live music scene in Denver and occasionally seeing a show at the local theaters. Aside from his love for the arts, Adam has devoted lifelong service to children with special needs. Having two brothers with autism has been a life-changing experience and inspires Adam daily. On weekends, he can be found refinishing wood furniture, a trade he learned through a family member over 16 years ago. He is looking forward to starting this journey with Benchmark Commercial and hopes to bring an energetic, fresh perspective to the team.
